i was just messing with the fact that you call Factions "fractions" but personally in my opinion nightfall is the better of the 2. you will not be dissipointed with heros, the dervish, or the paragon....and in factions you have *bleh* better not go there in other words factions blew in my opinion

First off, I suggest that you call Factions by its real name, otherwise you risk falling into the Factions basher troll category. I'm not saying you are. I'm saying it could be easily misunderstood with that topic title.
More on topic... If you link a new game you buy with the original, you can indeed travel in between them. I would suggest that you buy Nightfall. More people will be there as of right now, and it's a much better game in terms of what's offered than Factions is. |

There's no Mousemat in NFCE. You can get one on the cheap at any computer or games shop anyways...

Factions takes about a week of casual play (and lots of boredom) to complete, Nightfall still has me going and having fun on my Dervish playing casually (had the game 2 weeks and only up to mission 12 or so.

The next one should be out next year, around the same time Factions came out this year.

I would have recommended Factions if they haven't nerfed the farming in there (only thing it was good for). Yes! get Nightfall.

Depends. The day before the Factions Preview Event, they added Luxon and Kurzick refugees to Kryta, along with a chain (or 2) of quests. The situation with them changed each day for about 3 days, and the quests changed with the situation, but eventually the Refugee settlements were removed. All that's left of that are 2 useless "Romeo & Juliet" NPCs. Nothing much changed since, except bug fixes, buffs nerfs, and (I think) the re-introduction of an inherent bonus to Tyrian weapons...
